FNE is proud to announce that the following students have been selected to compete in the Future Chef Competition on March 8th, 2018. These students are: Miles M. (who made Po Panda Dumplings), Avian G. (who made Toast Sesame Fish), Danae B. (who made Asian Zing Chicken Wings), Taylin H. (who made Turkey Wrap), Elena M. (who made Wonder Soup), and Daniel S. 2 Hour Delay — Wednesday, January 17th

Due to icy weather conditions, FISD will delay the start of school by two hours on Wednesday, January 17th. Bus pick-up will also be delayed by two hours. Breakfast will not be served at campuses. North Elementary will start at 9:30 AM.

2nd Grading Period Award Ceremonies

The 2nd Grading Period Award Ceremonies for the 2017-2018 school year will be held in the FNES Cafeteria on Thursday, January 18th and Friday, January 19th. Students will be recognized and receive certificates for Perfect Attendance, All "A" Honor Roll, "A/B" Honor Roll, Citizenship, and the Tiger Pride Club.
